The Law Commission of Ontario (LCO) is pleased to release three papers inits series of commissioned research from external experts across Canada. This initiative forms part of LCO’s project, Improving the Last Stages of Life, and it advances its mandate to stimulate critical public dialogue through novel empirical research.

Over the summer, the LCO will release further papers in the series. Papers currently under review are listed on their website: http://www.lco-cdo.org/en/last-stages-of-life-commissioned-papers.

The LCO’s discussion paper for the project will be released in late summer 2016.
