Today, OTF and the Government of Ontario announced that they are investing more than $5 million in 93 non-profit initiatives that will help build strong social and cultural communities across the province.

The Honourable Jeff Leal made the announcement in Peterborough, celebrating a collaborative grant led by GreenUP. The environmental organization is receiving $75,000 to support a Regional Centre of Expertise that recently received a prestigious designation recognized by the United Nations University, and endorsed by UNESCO.

Investments like these are making a difference in communities. The grantees selected will work on a wide range of initiatives that can make a difference in people's lives.

OTF congratulates all the successful grantees in this round, and they are looking forward to seeing how these projects develop.
